Following a morning of town-wide interdepartmental training, town employees headed to the community room at the Cape Elizabeth Fire Department for a luncheon and the presentation of Employee Service Awards.  Assistant Town Manager Debra Lane welcomed the group and extended thanks to all employees for their professionalism and commitment to maintaining the town's high level of service.  Councilor Penny Jordan commended the dedication and leadership across all departments, expressing confidence that the skills and expertise of the town's employees will support and guide the new Town Manager to success.
