Town Hall, Thomas Memorial Library, and Cape Elizabeth Community Services will be closed for the annual Employee Training and Recognition Day on Thursday, August 17, 2023.  Public Works will close at 11:30 a.m.

A luncheon will be held at the Fort Williams Park Picnic Shelter.
