Pursuant to Title 30-A.M.R.S.A. 2528(5)(B), this ballot must be accompanied by the recommendations of the Town Council and School Board. The Town Council and School Board both recommend a "Yes" vote to the following question.

"Shall the Town renovate and expand the Swimming Pool facilities at the Cape Elizabeth High School to provide for, among other things, a new pool entrance area, spectator seating, and pool basin; renovations to locker rooms; and repairs to the pool room, all at an estimated project cost of $2,200,000.00?"
