Susan Steinman, a last-minute write-in candidate for School Board, received 180 votes in Tuesdays municipal election to take the last of three seats open on the board.
Three seats were up for election, but only two candidates -- incumbent Kevin Sweeney and newcomer Elaine Moloney -- petitioned to have their names on the ballot.
Sweeney took 383 votes, while Moloney was the top vote-getter with 392.
In the Town Council election, incumbents Penny Carson, Henry Berry and Carol Fritz all ran uncontested races for re-election.
A total of 446 voters came out for the election, which had no contested races. Turnout was 6.09 percent.
Here is the final vote:
Town Council: Penny Carson 394 Henry Berry 361 Carol Fritz 373 School Board: Elaine Moloney 392 Kevin Sweeney 383 Susan Steinman 180 (write-in)
All terms expire June 9, 2003.
