Cape Elizabeth Democrats favored Joe Biden as their party's nominee for the 2020 presidential race, and in a special state referendum, Cape voters said they wish to keep a new law that does not allow religious or philosophical exemptions for vaccinations.
Biden finished first among Cape Democrats with 1,117 votes. Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders took the second highest number of Cape Elizabeth votes with 713; and Elizabeth Warren, senator from Massachusetts, was third with 559.
Results include absentee ballots.
