Applications for obtaining a Food Truck Special Use Permit are now available online.  The application is available here, but will be permanently located on the Forms, Applications, Registrations & Reservations webpage.  In addition, applications are also available in the Town Clerk's Office.

Pursuant to Sec. 19-7-14, a Food Truck Special Use Permit is issued by the Town Council.  Approval must be obtained prior to truck(s) operation.  Applicants must submit a completed application for each location, a fee of $50, and a property plan to the Town Clerk no later than noon on the first business day of the month in order to appear on that month's Town Council meeting agenda.  Questions regarding the ordinance can be referred to the Code Enforcement Officer.

On September 12, 2022, the Town Council voted to approve the amendments to Chapter 19 Zoning Ordinance relating to Food Trucks.
