Town Assessor Clinton Swett will provide an update on the revaluation at the September 12, 2022 Town Council meeting.  

In addition, the council will welcome Harrison Deah, Director of General Assistance and Social Services for the City of Westbrook, to provide an overview of Westbrook's recent evaluation of their General Assistance ordinance.  The council will revisit Cape Elizabeth's General Assistance ordinance at a November workshop in order to ensure the ordinance accurately reflects the town's desire to provide assistance.
