The Planning Board unanimously approved a request from The William H. Jordan Farm for a site plan amendment during the June 21, 2022 board meeting.  Speaking on behalf of the farm, Carol Anne Jordan explained that the amendment would permit the construction of a 40' x 40' addition to be used for product washing and wholesale shipping, "So are employees would no longer have to work out in the rain, unless they are out in the field."  The addition will be located directly behind the existing farm stand at 19 Wells Road and connected through a breezeway.  Jordan said that there will be no changes to parking or the number of employees.  An indoor bathroom will also be added and connected to an existing sewer line.
