The Town Council will hold a Special Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 to provide a public hearing on the Cape Elizabeth Citizen Petition to send Town Center Affordable Housing Amendments to referendum.  The petition followed Town Council's approval of Town Center Affordable Housing Amendments on October 13 [Article].  On November 8 the council voted to schedule a public hearing for December 1 [Article].  Within 14 days of the public hearing, as required by Town Charter, the council will vote to schedule the date of the referendum on December 13.
