On September 28, 2021, the Town of Cape Elizabeth, Maine announced a Request For Proposal for a Wireless Infrastructure Market Augmentation (Wima) Study.  The Town seeks professional consulting assistance to evaluate existing wireless service and develop alternatives for the Town to financially participate in augmenting market driven network expansion.  More information on the RFP is available here: RFP for Wima Study.  Proposal submissions are due by November 5, 2021.
