The Town Council will hold an additional workshop in the council chambers on Monday, August 2, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to continue discussion on  four proposed Town Center Affordable Housing amendments addressing: height, density, building footprint, and commercial space requirements.  The following Cape Elizabeth staff members will be available to answer questions during the workshop: Chief of the Police Department, Paul Fenton; Chief of the Fire Department, Peter Gleeson; Code Enforcement Officer, Ben McDougal; and Town Planner, Maureen O'Meara.

The workshop will precede a Public Hearing scheduled for Monday, September 13.
