With new Short Term Rental regulations set to take effect July 1, 2021, the Code Enforcement Office has established an informational Short Term Rental page for residents interested in obtaining a Short Term Rental Permit.  The new page offers quick access to Short Term Rental regulations, requirements, procedures, and answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

Short Term Rental Applications for Permits are currently being accepted and the first permits under the new regulations have been issued.  Please note that all Short Term Rental operations must have a permit issued under the new regulations by July 1.
