The town of Cape Elizabeth is accepting sealed bids for the second phase of the Cape Elizabeth Middle School accessible walkway improvement project. The project includes providing all materials, labor, and equipment for the construction a 2,159+/- square foot hot mix asphalt paved ramp and viewing boxes as shown on contract drawings and as required by contract documents

The project is scheduled to be completed in 2020.  A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site at 8 AM on Friday, July 17, 2020. The meeting location will be in the parking lot to the south of the tennis courts.
