Reminder: There's still time to complete the 2020 U.S. Census

The town of Cape Elizabeth would like to remind residents that there is still time to complete the 2020 U.S. Census.

The Census determines our congressional representation, and federal funding for hospitals, fire departments, schools, roads and more. In 2010 the Census counted 1,212 households in Cape Elizabeth with children younger than 18, and 1,036 households with individuals 65 or older.

Let's be sure everyone is counted! You can respond by phone, or by mail. And for the first time ever, you'll be able to respond to the census online - https://www.2020census.gov/
