02:02 Golden Ridge Subdivision Amendment - Golden Ridge LLC is requesting an
amendment to the subdivision approval granted October 18, 2011 for the Golden
Ridge Subdivision, located on Golden Ridge Lane, to replace the donation of an
open space easement with the payment of an open space fee, Sec. 16-2-5,
Amendment to a previously approved subdivision.
OTHER BUSINESS
41:10 Short Term Rental Amendments - The Town Council has forwarded to the
Planning Board for review proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance to
regulate short-term rentals, which is the rental for less than 30 days per tenant of a
residential dwelling, Sec. 19-10-13, Zoning Ordinance Amendments Public Hearing.
