Questionnaire seeks input on present, future Town Center

The Town Center Plan Committee invites residents to fill out a questionnaire on their thoughts about the Town Center.

The three-page questionnaire asks for feedback on a proposed vision statement for the Town Center, as well as several yes/no questions about the types of uses the town center should encourage.

There is space to share likes and dislikes about the current Town Center, and for general comments.

Questionnaires may be filled out online, printed and returned to the planning office at Town Hall, 320 Ocean House Road, before 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013.

The questionnaire was distributed at the committee's public forum held on Oct. 19.

The committee has been meeting since May to update the 20-year-old Town Center Plan. At the completion of its work, the committee will forward recommendations to the Town Council. For more information, please contact Town Planner Maureen O'Meara, 207-799-0115.
