CETV Channel 3 offers second chance to see first live broadcast

CETV, Cape Elizabeth's public-access cable Channel 3, will replay a video of the Town Council meeting of May 11, 1987 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2012.

Earlier this year, on May 11 to be exact, CETV rebroadcast the meeting to commemorate the 25th anniversary of its first live broadcast. Since that time the station has had some requests to show it again, said CETV Coordinator Lillian Bates.

The meeting runs approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes and agenda items include sewers; and agricultural uses in residential zones. The meeting is led by then-chair Jane Amero.
