DISTRICT ATTORNEY VICTIM SERVICES
Cumberland County District Attorney's Office Victim Assistance will contact a victim once a case is charged. The victim may receive a letter and other attached documents from the representative from the District Attorney's Office, usually an Assistant District Attorney or Victim Assistant. The office staff members assigned to a case can answer questions and assist throughout the criminal process once the case is charged.
