Since 2001, the Town of Cape Elizabeth has been connected to the Emergency 9-1-1 System. This system allows tracking of the phone number and address from which the call was placed.

Water Extrication
The Cape Elizabeth Water Extrication Team (WET) has 20 regular members who provide surface water rescues of an emergency nature.
