Assistant Preschool Teacher/After Care Coordinator

Community Services is seeking two dynamic teacher assistants/after-care coordinators for our preschool classrooms for the 2017/2018 school year. We are looking for an energetic, creative, organized, reliable and caring professional who has a positive attitude. An ideal candidate must demonstrate an understanding of developmentally appropriate educational practices, be dependable and punctual. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with parents, children and other staff members. These positions are 40 hrs/wk and include a partial benefits package. Administrative Clerk

Cape Elizabeth Community Services, a fast paced, multi-service department (recreation, childcare, pool, and fitness center) is seeking a dynamic and versatile part-time Administrative Clerk to join our team.  The selected candidate will be energetic, creative and team oriented, and should have the ability to multi-task well in a busy environment.  He or she should also possess exceptional data and organizational skills, as well as have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, in order to assist with the day-to-day operation of the department. This position will 27.5 hours per week (M-F 11:00 am – 4:30 pm), with an adjusted time schedule during vacation and summer weeks.

Crossing Guards

The Cape Elizabeth Police Department is looking for Crossing Guards at the intersection at Hill Way. The job entails crossing Middle School and Elementary School age children for one hour in the morning and 45 minutes in the afternoon during the school year.

Applications can be retrieved from the Police Department's website or from the clerk at the Police Department, 325 Ocean House Road, between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. seven days a week.
